gong meditation concerts
These sound concerts are usually recumbent and often in special locations.
We use a range of sound instruments such as gongs, various types of singing bowls and other overtone instruments. We combine these with professional musicians from the Hymn to the Silence ensemble including: Native American flute, violin, soprano, double bass, piano, soundscapes and guests.
sound chapel concerts
These take place in our sound chapel in Overlangel. We begin with a guided meditation in preparation for the concert so that you can completely relax and surrender to an experience where you can its and your silent essence coincide.
What can you expect at our concerts?
You lie among gongs, singing bowls and other instruments. The resonances of the sounds create a deep relaxation where the feeling of separation from the people and the world around you disappears. Time and space dissolve into your essential its. The mental, emotional and physical aspects of yourself become super-conductive and regenerative, dissolving the ego's habitual resistance and relaxing you into unconditional being.

24-hour gong retreat
A retreat where you learn to play the gongs in a meditative way, for yourself and others.
During this 24-hour gong retreat with us in Overlangel, the cycle of the day takes centre stage. The dawning of the day, turning outwards, radiating, incising and falling back into silence. The gong puja is the finale.
Gongpuja
During the day, we prepare for the final night's gongpuja. This is a ritual in which we spend 7.5 hours together during the night. The gongs are played non-stop in rotation by the participants. In addition, you lie down to sleep and/or meditate.
During the gongpuja the feeling of separation from the world around you disappears, time and space dissolve into essential being. The puja provides a complete reset of the body-mind system. A beautiful purifying experience.

4-day gong training and retreat
During this intensive gong retreat, you will practice a lot with the gongs. It also includes three ceremonies (including gong puja) with gongs and singing bowls. Also light Pranayama breathing exercises, Qi-Gong exercises and poetry.

For advanced and beginners seeking to deepen themselves and immerse themselves in pure awareness through sound.
Giving and receiving are central.
There is a lot of playing and training in pure, impersonal listening, playing and feeling. This is an important part of being able to give and receive so unconditionally. The invitation is in pure awareness (consciousness, presence) to let the play unfold.
sound treatments & sound healings
Silence is not the absence of sound.
But the absence of you as a person.
In our premises is a specially equipped room where we sound journeys and sound healings give for up to four people. This includes a 1.50-metre grandmother-gong, a 1.25-metre zen-gong and various other gongs. There are also various alchemy and crystal bowls, Full Moon singing bowls and monochords.
For a treatment, Gwen selects a set of instruments tailored to the visitor's intention.
individual sessions
This sound treatment works on the physical, mental and emotional body. Sound acts as the carrier and guide that increases energy, dissolves blockages and helps with stress, tension and insomnia. Moreover, it offers insight into conditioning and structures and restores the balance between yin and yang.
Gwen starts with a guided meditation in order to silently observe the journey start. You can also bring an intention and your journey accordingly.
In an individual session, you lie on a specially made sound bed.
Afterwards, you can relax in our sound chapel enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and possibly share your experience to interpret your insight.
Total time is about 1.45 hours. Cost: 90 euros

For couples or friends, we also give groupsound journeys.
The intention is then often to (re)connect or deepen the connection together

We organise these at our premises or on location. We then work with gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. The duration of these trainings varies from at least half a day to several days.
You can also hire us for a tailor-made training or workshop. For example, as part of a company training course or a yoga retreat.

Our premises are a true oasis of tranquillity located in the beautiful and inspiring river landscape of the Old Meuse, bordering De Keent nature reserve.
We have sound rooms, a sound chapel and spaces for workshops, meditations, living room sound concerts and demo rooms. A lovely serene environment where you can let your home-ness resonate delicately.
