THE 5 ELEMENTS singing bowls meditation (free via download or streaming)

[UK text, see below*] This Spirit Connection meditation is aimed at balancing the body/mind and thereby vitalise it and make it resonate with the impersonal and unconditional present-ness.

The starting point is the five elements represented by four voiced Full Moon singing bowls, which are positioned according to the four cardinal directions.

element    vote
earth      F
wind    B
fire    G
water    D
ether    'the all-encompassing awareness'

A gong strike as the first cause opens the meditation and also closes it. The Tingsha bells keep us alert and present with their high clear sound.

FULL MOON SINGING BOWLS

These singing bowls are made in Nepal from pure metals. They are forged only during a full moon night in the light of a completely bright full moon. The makers cleanse themselves before making the alloy of metals and then forge the bowls. These singing bowls are made especially for us and are available from us.

INSTRUCTION

Sit or lie down relaxed. Preferably with headphones. Let all thoughts and sensations pass by like clouds in the blue sky. And immerse yourself in being timelessly present and storyless.

The meditation was recorded in 8Dso the spatial experience, especially with headphones, is great. For these 8D recordings, we used the acoustic profile of a pyramid, so when listening, you imagine yourself in a pyramid.

Give and allow yourself that moment of stillness and relaxation.

Opname and sound design: Frans de Rond and Harry van Dalen - singing bowls and Tingsha bells: Gwen de Jong - percussion: Siem Ranoesetiko and Eddy Koopman - breathing: Natalie Merfort.

*ENGLISH: Dear friends! To be together in mind, we give you this recording as a present. This meditation focuses on dissolving the "I-being" in the silence of the unnameable and impersonal - being -.
