The Manifest & Unmanifest - meditative-concert
2 December in the Van Hout church at Weesp
We gave several concerts at different venues last year. Also for the first time near our current location, in the beautiful Kruisherenkapel in Uden. Next year we will definitely give several more concerts there.
But on Saturday 2 December, we will give an end-of-year concert in the familiar Van Houtenkerk in Weesp. We will again give a - THE MANIFEST & UNMANIFEST - meditation concert.
We have a nice ensemble with whom we play together. Natalie Merfort with her heavenly soprano, double bassist Norma Brooks forms the foundation, Michael Telapary With its Indian flutes, is the connecting airstream and Frans de Rond again provides beautiful soundscapes. As special guests, we have Gotz and Martina from Germany who will take you on the undulating sounds of the monochords and our crystal-chalced woman Ayi from Costa Rica.
In a vortex of sounds, you move past all personal stories and slowly dissolve into unmanifested being, blank and fully yourself.
You will find the Van Houtenkerk at Oude Gracht 69 in Weesp and we will start at 20:00. The concert will last over 1.5 hours. Basically, it's a recumbent concert so bring a pillow, mat and blanket so you can fully relax. If you want to sit, please let us know in advance.
