Deze zaterdagen geven wij weer een serie free gong meditations At Spirit Connection at Borneolaan 25 in Hilversum.
These meditations are on free walk-in so there is no need to register for these.
Furthermore, you don't need to bring a mat or meditation cushion either.
The gong can be seen as a symbol referring to the Sacred Space who always is. It is another wording for, for example, the Absolute, the Silence, the Source, The Self. The sounds of the gong can break the hypnotic effect of thoughts, allowing one to experience that one is oneself the observer of the thoughts. The sounds shift your attention to the moment as it is, so the tendency to listen to the sounds from a mental, emotional or physical story is thus broken. The Sacred Space is fulfilled by the sounds of the gong making you fully aware of your thoughts and feelings. This awareness happens without any rejection or denial because it is a coming and going of thoughts and feelings. It is the recognition of your own completeness.
