This five-day retreat aims to deepen your immersion in the interplay of you, sound and gong. Gain experience with gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and other overtone instruments.
Meditating on sound and attuning yourself to and with the gong. Working with the effects of sound and resonance on the body through Sound-Yoga.
The Wheel of Sound - Inner Journey - The Way of the Gong, 3-days
During this retreat, we prepare for the final night gongpuja. This is a ritual where we spend 6.5 hours together during the night. The gongs are played non-stop in rotation by the participants.
