Life is constantly changing. Change is the only certainty. It seems to move between Yin and Yang. In that pendulum movement, daily life expresses itself in you. The feminine and masculine in us can be out of balance or not 'seen'. By being more aware of this polarity and realising that they only exist in relation to each other, we can regain a balanced relationship between ourselves and the world around us and see its wholeness.

With this as a starting point, we have developed a beautiful thematic triptych for you. The first two meditation concerts take place in Studio 2 of the MCO in Hilversum in a small-scale setting. Both acoustically and in its quietness, this intimate recording studio lends itself perfectly to these recumbent meditations. We conclude the series spectacularly with a grand 'Yin & Yang' meditation concert in the beautiful Van Houtenkerk in Weesp.
Of course, these meditation concerts can also be attended if your focus is not on Yin & Yang energy but to experience meditative sound experience.
