This day we will give a workshop in how to work from clarity with crystal singing bowls and crystal tube instruments. By using these bowls and instruments, you can break through the mental stream of thought, allowing you to be taken away by the resonance into silence.
The workshop includes how to work with crystal bowls and tube instruments and, of course, you will learn to play with them yourself. You will play a lot yourself with and for each other. We will conclude the workshop with a crystal-and-gong concert.
You must provide your own lunch. Coffee and tea will be provided.
