Meditating on sound and attuning yourself to and with the gong. Working with the effects of sound and resonance on the body through Sound-Yoga.

During this 3-day retreat, we prepare for the final nightly gong puja. This is a ritual where we spend 6.5 hours together during the night. The gongs are played non-stop in rotation by the participants.
COME WITH ME - a sound meditation inspired by a poem of Rumi bestel
Inspired by Rumi's telling poem 'Come with me', we have recorded a sound-guided meditation with musical friends that can give you direction and depth during your meditations.

6 & 7 May - Inspired by Rumi's poem 'Come with me', we will give two gong meditation concerts in the beautiful Van Houten church in Weesp this year. Unlike previous times, this time we offer reclining and seated seating because each form has its own characteristics also in terms of individual sound experience and effect. Decide for yourself what you feel comfortable with.
