For the 11th edition of this special international summer Gong Master training, one element is central: the art of listening. Not just listening with your ears, but with your full being. In this in-depth training, you will discover how listening becomes a gateway to attunement, connection, healing - and to your essential being.

THE ART OF LISTENING

Knowing how to really listen is essential for anyone working with sound, vibration and healing resonance. A good gong player - or holistic sound therapist - is able to tune in completely to the recipient: individually or collectively. This requires sensitivity, presence and an open inner ear.

Listening starts with yourself. This training invites you to listen deeply - to your body, your feelings, your inner silence - and meet the sound from there.

🔍 A JOURNEY WITHIN - THROUGH SOUND

This four-day training is structured as a journey, with room for personal deepening and professional development. You will be guided through a 360° experience: listening on an acoustic level and with all your senses.

Programme components (overall):

🔸 Listening with your whole body - beyond physical hearing

🔸 New techniques for playing the gong: intuitive and sophisticated

🔸 Recognising and isolating frequencies: high, medium, low

🔸 Rhythmic patterns and energetic structures in sound

🔸 Experiencing the four elements (earth, water, fire, air) through sound, movement and perception

🔸 Themes of trust, forgiveness, surrender and gratitude as entry points to healing

The training accommodates experienced players as well as those who want to deepen their practice.

🌀 GONG & MOVEMENT

The training will be reinforced by guest lecturer Michele Folco (Gong Universe, Italy) - Tai Chi and Gong teacher - who invites the body to deepening with sound and movement.

🌿 LOCATION: TERME DI VALLIO

In the middle of nature, close to the enchanting Lake Garda, lies Terme di Vallio - a wellness spot surrounded by silence, springs and trees. The serene environment adds to the depth of the work. The ideal bed for reflection, tranquillity and connection.
