This day we will give a workshop in how to shift your attention to Silence, using crystal singing bowls. By using these bowls you can break through the mental stream of thoughts, allowing you to be taken by the resonances to Silence, I Am.
This entire workshop includes how crystal bowls work, what the I Am State is, and experiencing this state through the crystal bowls and of course plenty of playing with the bowls yourself.
