Madhava and Margarita from Grotta Sonora will conduct two workshops with us and take us into the world of their sound instruments and sound sculptures. Their gongs and other sound instruments are known worldwide for their unique sound and design.
They will tell about the artisanal way they make their instruments. They also show how to give a sound bath where instruments in conjunction with each other enrich and deepen the sound.
The quieter you become,
the more you can hear.

During the workshop, you will also play their instruments with the different beaters and gong rubbers and make combinations under their guidance and our own. Harry and Gwen will also explain pure listening and feeling and how to train yourself in it.
At the end, we will give a meditation concert together with them.

Cost: €125 including lunch, coffee tea and other goodies.
