Bij deze workshop gebruiken wij Full Moon Himalaya klankschalen. Deze schalen zijn uitsluitend bij volle maan gemaakt en in een boeddhistische rite. Wij bij Spirit Connection zijn de exclusieve dealer van deze schalen.
This afternoon is dedicated to working in practice with 4 attuned Full Moon Himalayan bowls both on and around the body. We learn to tune ourselves into clarity through these singing bowls. In practice, a setup like this has been shown to help with stress, tension, headaches, migraines, poor sleep, depression, pain, it increases energy, dissolves emotional and mental blockages and provides a better connection with your heart and soul.
