This day we will give a workshop in how to shift your attention to the I Am State, using crystal singing bowls. By using these bowls, you can break through the mental stream of thoughts, allowing you to be carried away by the resonance to Silence, I Am.
This entire workshop includes how crystal bowls work, what the I Am State is and experiencing this state through the crystal singing bowls.
