De Paiste Symphonic Brilliant Gongs zijn in principe hetzelfde in constructie als de Paiste Symphonic Gongs, maar zijn volledig met de hand gepolijst, om deze typerende spiegel-achtige look te verkrijgen. Qua sound verschillen de Paiste Symphonic Brilliant Gongs en de originele Symphonic Gongs slechts marginaal, de boventoonstructuur wordt iets sneller opgebouwd.
