26 - 30 October 2022<\/strong><\/h4>

In October, we will again host a five-day intensive<\/i> retreat in the beautiful Light house<\/i> Zandvoort. This former church from 1928 is a contemporary centre and an oasis for inspiration, stillness and contemplation. A unique location with attractive, luxurious, comfortable flats and rooms, delicious vegetarian food and a five-minute walk from the beach.<\/p>

The retreat is for people who want to get acquainted with the workings of sound and for those who want to further themselves in interplay with sound deepen<\/i>.<\/p>

WHEEL OF SOUND - <\/strong>INNER JOURNEY<\/i>\u00a0
<\/span>26 - 30 October<\/p>

During these five days, the deep meditative quality of sound takes centre stage. Always starting from and listening to silence. Experience gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and other overtone instruments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Meditating on sound and attuning yourself to and with the gong. Working with the effects of sound and resonance on the body and mind through Sound-Yoga.<\/i><\/p>

You will learn the underlying meaning of the gong and gong baths. You will also learn to give your own sound baths, gong and sound meditations and play in groups.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CEREMONIES<\/b><\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/p>

During the retreat, we do a Wheel of Sound ceremony<\/i>, a deep sound meditation with connection and self-reflection as its focus. Formed with crystal singing bowls and Himalayan singing bowls, a mandala<\/i> laid out according to the four elements. This sound wheel<\/i> is located in a beautiful quiet space where you can sit and meditate throughout the retreat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Another part of the programme is a cacao ceremony<\/i> in which you play the gong with 'facing your inner child'<\/i> as an intention.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

And if grand finale<\/i> we do the nightly gongpuja<\/i>. A ritual where we spend 6.5 hours together during the night. The gongs are played non-stop in rotation by the participants. In addition, you lie down to
sleep and\/or meditate. A wonderful purifying experience to end with.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
