This set consists of four separate themes. Four themes that lead to the same silence, each with its own movement, its own color, its own entrance.
Each theme has its own quality:<\/p>

\u2022 Breathe from within<\/strong> as access inside
\u2022 The soft center<\/strong> as movement of the body
\u2022 Unlimited<\/strong> beyond thinking
\u2022 Where silence bears<\/strong>as a supporting presence<\/p>

Together they form four natural entrances to the same essence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Each theme consists of five cards:
\u2022 one introduction card that opens the field
\u2022 and four in-depth cards that take you into a natural movement:

The texts are not instructions, but invitations. They do not work at the level of doing, but at the level of recognition.<\/em><\/p>

Sound as a foundation
<\/strong>Each theme includes a sound meditation of approximately 7 minutes. No music that adds anything, but sound that creates space. A bed in which the words can land and the body can follow.<\/p>

A journey to the moment when you don't have to hold on to anything. Thoughts may be there, but
lose their grip. What remains is a gentle presence. The meditative texts guide you step by step from holding on to letting go.<\/p>
