In an atmosphere of silence and attention, you play the gongs intensively, for each other, with each other and sometimes alone. You learn to play on a meditative level with intention and experience how attention and presence deepen the playing.<\/p>\n<p>The day is further carried by light Qi Gong exercises, poetry, meditative exercises and movement on sound. Continuous immersion in frequency naturally creates deep relaxation, a reset of body, mind and breath.<\/p>\n<p>When night falls it begins <strong>night prayer in sound<\/strong>, known by many as a Gong Puja. We approach this not as a tradition, but as a field of devotion and presence. For 7.5 hours, the gongs sound continuously.<\/p>\n<p>Participants play the gongs in rotation, twice for half an hour each.
